GEMSsite: Course Coordinator Online Orientation

Click here for information about qualifications to become a GEMS Course Coordinator.

Individuals who qualify to become a GEMS Course Coordinator can do so in one of two ways:

1. Attend a GEMS Course Coordinator Group Orientation. To find a Course Coordinator Orientation near you, click on "Find a GEMS Course Near You" on the GEMS home page. When you identify the Course Coordinator Group Orientation that you would like to attend, contact the GEMS Course Coordinator who is conducting the rientation. They may want you to complete the Course Coordinator Application online. In that case, they will provide you with a special access code that will allow you to complete an application that is linked to their upcoming course.

2. Successfully Complete the Online Course Coordinator Orientation. If you meet the qualifications to become a GEMS Course Coordinator, you can complete the Online Course Coordinator Orientation instead of attending a Group Orientation. Your application and Gems Course Coordinator Online Orientation Exam results will be sent to the AGS. Once Approved, you will receive an e-mail message with an access code that will allow you to enter the Online Course Coordinator Orientation.
